Supplier diversity encompasses local area vendors and small, women, and minority-owned firms. Our approach to a robust inclusion program encompasses engaging early, giving the community and opportunity to meet our team and learn about opportunities, and proactively educating small business owners about the contracting process. We know that, for small businesses especially, resources are limited and a clear understanding of the scope of opportunities as well as the appropriate timing for engaging our team is paramount. We strive to keep our contracting process transparent and take every opportunity to engage small businesses.
